Booking A Zoom Room

Step-by-step guide on how to book a Zoom Room using Google Calendar resources.
Instructions
1. Create a New Event in Google Calendar
2. Add Meeting Details
Fill in the usual details:
Title
Date and Time
Guests (optional)
Description/Agenda
3. Add Zoom Video Conferencing
If you don’t see this:
4. Add a Zoom Room as a Location or Room Resource
In the event editor, click “Rooms” or “Add rooms”.
Browse or search for the appropriate Zoom Room (e.g., “Cubo-Soho-Square”).
Click the room to add it. It will appear under “Rooms”
5. Check Room Availability
The room/resource will automatically decline if there’s a conflict.
If the room is available, it will be added and shown in the event summary.
6. Save and Send Invites
Your Zoom Room is now reserved for that time, and it will show:
On the Zoom Room controller (for touch-to-join).
In the Google Calendar room resource.
Within the Zoom meeting invitation (if conferencing was added).
